Tự làm bể cá thủy sinh  với 5$ và cả năm không phải thay nước, lọc bể.





Bế cá thủy sinh tự làm

Chỉ vài chậu, thau, bồn tắm trẻ con, hay hộp đựng nước không dùng tới. Mua thêm lọ sơn xịt 30k/lọ tùy màu mình thích và vài mét dây nước dòng từ đầu thải của máy lọc nước. Mỗi cốc nước ta lấy từ máy lọc, lượng nước thải chảy ra có thể gấp 10 lần và nước chảy đều đều từ nửa tiếng đến cả giờ. Hiện các máy lọc nước đều đấu đầu nước thải bỏ đi. Khi tận dụng được, ta sẽ có dòng nước thay bể,  dòng nước tưới cây, hay dòng nước thay máy sủi bán tự động.
Tạo không gian thiên nhiên cho con.
Không gian thiên nhiên trong nhà.
Nước đầu vào là nước đầu ra của máy lọc.
Tưới cây, thay nước có thể bán tự động.


 Con người tiến hóa từ thiên nhiên, nên con người cần thiên nhiên.

Con người là chủ thể của xã hội, tổng hòa các mối quan hệ. Do đó, các nhu cầu cơ bản của ta là ta cần kết nối với thiên nhiên và kết nối với xã hội. Kết nối càng đa dạng, càng hứng thú, ta càng khỏe. Khi ngồi giữa thiên nhiên, ta thấy yên bình, tĩnh tại là vậy. 
Sinh vật sống khác sinh vật giả là chúng có năng lượng, có vô số thông tin,vô số biến và toàn bộ ý thức, tiềm thức của ta thấy, rồi chúng có những điều chỉnh bên trong mà ý thức của ta không biết.
Trẻ sơ sinh, trẻ nhỏ đặc biệt lưu ý kết nối thiên nhiên, xã hội này. Trẻ nào ít ra ngoài hay bị nhát là vậy. Nhát là chúng không hiểu bên ngoài, chúng tạm thu mình quan sát. Chứ ở nhà an toàn rồi, chúng không nhát, chúng luôn mồm, luôn tay, luôn chân.

Với trẻ, Khi nào ta hiểu: chơi là học, nghịch, hỏi, tò mò là học, bẩn là học; ngồi im là bệnh hay có vấn đề? Cần Yêu Con Đúng Cách

Khi bố mẹ hiểu với con trẻ, với trẻ sơ sinh
1. Học là chơi, chơi là học
2. Nghịch là học, học cần vui như nghịch
3. Nghịch, học, chơi, tò mò là bản năng thiên bẩm của trẻ nên cần khuyến khích, tạo điều kiện cho con vui chơi, vui nghịch vì đó là những thứ kích thích các giác quan của con: cảm giác ở bàn tay, bàn chân, sự vô hình của nước, đất, độ ẩm, ngộ nghĩnh của côn trùng, của cá, của nước của đất, của cát. Khi xem video trên mạng những trò chơi đó chúng đã ham, thì chúng sẽ đắm chìm trong trò đó, học vô số thông tin trong vài tiếng chơi đó. Đó là sự học.
4. Cần nữa là vui, giới hạn cho sự an toàn. Không thiệt hại nhiều về kinh tế, không đứt tay chân, không làm hỏng đồ gì quá đắt, sao ta lại phản ứng gay gắt, quát với cấm.
5. Một lúc chơi với đất cát, cây cỏ, nước: chỉ tốn vài ngàn, chỉ mất ít xà phòng, hãy quan sát xem, con rất chăm chú, con học đó, có vô số phân tích và lập luận trong đầu con đó, đó là sự học đích thực.
6. Trường mầm non thực nghiệm chả có gì đặc biệt ngoài việc cho trẻ chơi tự nhiên được khám phá nhiều hơn. ĐẮT
7. Trường mầm non quốc tế cũng vậy, khuyến khích trẻ vui chơi, tò mò, phản biện, thử, thí nghiệm, chơi, nghịch, sai, nhưng vui, trong giới hạn an toàn, thầy cô cần quan sát để phát hiện tài năng và khuyến khích trẻ. I am a pharmacist, a learner of personal development. All these low-level vital skills make them never feel safe, connection to the environment: it makes them stress. Over time, it makes the downward spiral that make them more and more lack of social skills and suffer more stress.

Autism, ADHD have the same character that the kids have a low level of speaking and communicating. What if I said these can be predicted since 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7, 8..11, 12 months old, long before the kids can speak? Just talk directly, eyes to eyes, smile, sing, making fun, gugu gaga, you will see!
Language and social skills are vital skills: with connect variations of sound, signs to the specific meanings, it is not easy at all, but it takes times and supports to gain it; it is skilled as others skills that they lack: learning skills mainly not caused by genes!
Understand the characters of problems, we will know the hidden Causes: We are an interdependent world: no single cause create all thing, but all things are in the interdependent web. So how can we blame for food, genes, chemicals, guns, drugs for our problems?

We may think genes of the family: WHAT IF GENE IS PRODUCT OF ENVIRONMENT as genes of Cold/Hot weather?
EARLY DETECTION AND INTERVENTION CAN BE DONE SINCE 2,3 OR 4 MONTHS OLD: READ ALL THE THINGS WE SEE: pay attention to the responses, interested, sleeping, eating, crying, talking and smile back, shaking hands and body when parents talk directly to them. Do this regularly, you if you see the signs of not paying attention or indifference: the early signs of stress, over time children, may get more severe problems in the brain and mental problems. Parents can have the best early simple intervention. READ FIGHT, FLIGHT or INDIFFERENCE SIGNALS

REDEFINE OF STRESS

The right definition of stress: human beings have basic human needs described by Abraham Maslow. Anything threatens of satisfying these needs will lead to Fight and Flight responses. If people cannot change the situation, threaten, they will be the victims of STRESS AND STRESS HORMONES.

How I know they are under stress: read their behaviors, read the body language. In the stress state, stress chemicals: adrenalin, noradrenalin, and cortisol will dominate the body. The effect is listed in any medical book, look closer we can see all these effects are available in kids, to some extents, the effects caused by stress chemicals are the best answer for the autistic rainbow. 
Sorry, they are not happy with the label GIFTED.
Do you have gut feelings that we all of the problems we treat depend on the state of mind? The fluctuation of the state of mind may determine the quality of treating. The symptoms may reduce when patients feel better, in a good state of peace of mind (Zen masters, happy men are the ones use the least medicine)
The highest teaching of Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Jesu teaches about love, kindness, and golden rules. Yin - Yang, Buddhism, Lao Tzu teach about the emptiness, egoless, nothingness of the interdependent world, so the best way of living in that society is treating well with others. Go against that, or living with three poisons: Greed, Anger, and Ignorance: we will suffer? So Who suffer first and how?
SUFFERING WORLD!
Maybe Effects of stressed mind on the brain, body, world? In mind, the brain we called mental problems, insomnia, headache, suicide problems, social problems.
Effects of stress on the stomach, intestine we called the stomach problems, gastrointestinal problems; on heart, vein, we call cardiovascular diseases. 
Stress on the school: school problems...
Stress start from the state of mind. It is in the cluster: suicide, autism, ADHD, depression have the same hidden cause. We still cheat yourself that the soaring number of autism, ADHD, and depression come from diagnosing... no, we are wrong. These problems have a relationship so that the number of suicide goes with other numbers. And death from suicide does not come from DIAGNOSING! 
Yes: all in one, one in all. 
Do you think they are stress because of lacking social skills so the suffer stress during interaction: even in families, school, and society? So they do not have a chance to learn, to grow and gain vital skills. We are not alone the victims. And to some extent, people are not only the victims but also the creators.
If you are familiar with the books of Malcolm Gladwell: Outlier, David and Goliath and Blink. These books give me a lot of question to ponder and find out the good answer by combining medicine, pharmacy, sociology, leadership, psychology, philosophy and religions.

Develop deeper: " As within so without; As above so below" in the interdependent world.

As the mind, so the behaviors
As the thoughts, so the acts
As the mind, so the hand
As the mind, so the walk
As the mind, so the eat
As the mind, so the sleep
As the mind, so the kind of diseases
As the disease, so the genes
Fail in psychology lead to illness
Fail in intervention autism may lead to depression or mad
Fail in small so lead to the big
Psychologists said it í the job of doctors
Doctors said it is the job of psychologists
They forget that all work to the mind and have the same mechanism of intervention.


Some said autism is by neuro-disorder
Some blame for air
Some blame for food
Some blame for school
Some blame for lifesaving vaccines.
Sorry, forget those stupid things. 
First signs or early signs of all case is poor taking, poor communicating
Then all the aims of intervention are teaching skills
The hallmark of right intervention is the skills.
How on earth all people can match poor social skills to other factors
We have Hysteria
It may explain their thoughts, their fear, and their anger!
For example, A girl stressed from raping or her mother being beaten and killed when she failed at school
It is not the job of the psychologist alone
It is not the job of parents alone
It is not the job of policemen alone
It is not the job of the trainer alone.
It is not the neuro-disorder alone.
It is not the job of doctors alone.
It is not the job of teachers alone.
It is not the job of leaders alone!
But they all give hands on the situation, then the chance of the girl fully covered is quite rare!

Thích đọc nghiên cứu, thích ăn sẵn, đồ lười (Einstein bảo đọc nhiều mà không tiêu hóa là lười suy nghĩ), cuộc sống là đại học lớn bị bỏ qua bởi vài quan điểm xào nấu trong luận án, chúng có hình thức mà vô dụng về tính thực tiễn. Ít nhất là ta đang thất bại. Chỉ vì vài ý kiến tóm tắt, mà có mắt như mù, có tai như điếc với cuộc sống, hiện tượng vận hành xung quanh.

For a child to get an ASD diagnosis, there has to be that TRIANGLE of DEFICIT:  significant delays in Language, Social AND Cognitive skills. If a child makes a significant improvement in these 3 areas, the triangle collapses so that they don't meet the criteria for Autism anymore.  For example, people who don't have delays in language and cognitive skills but only in social skills used to be called ASPERGERS.  Your point also about "there are simple ways to teach any skill" - for most autistic children, the reason they are not developing normally is that they are unable to learn "normally" and one of the issues is retaining what they have learned.  Biomedical intervention (diet, supplementation & chelation) corrected this in my son NOT behavioral intervention (speech, occupational, physiotherapy, ABA).  You seem to have an aversion to the Autistic label if I am correct?  It's just a label for a set of deficits. Yes, a child can be 'labeled' but an official autism diagnosis is also useful for insurance purposes, to get support at school, etc.
1. No social smiling, 2. Lack of eye contact, 3.ot responding to their name, 4. No social anticipation or Peek-A-Boo, 5.Poor visual tracking, 6.Lack of social babbling, 7. Fixation on unusual objects.

 Trẻ tự kỷ, được dạy và chơi, nuôi đúng cách. Kết quả: chúng nói được bình thường, giao tiếp tốt. Trẻ này còn vấn đề gì nữa ko?

I suspect a lot of lifestyle, if they do not connect much to nature and people of society, how can they have material for learning to speak and communicating?

This is the reason why is the big difference in the number of kids: boys & girls; city & countryside; of the past & present?

At least Autism: why are girls Outliers? Kids in my rural areas are outliers also with the rate is less 1/1000 kids while in U.S.A is 1/60?
